In 2009 the Sports Advocacy Group held the first Women in Sport Dinner. Guests included: - Danni Roche OAM (Board Member Hockey Australia and Olympic Gold Medalist), Sharelle McMahon (Captain, the Diamonds), Tahnee Norris (Captain, the Jillaroos), Karen Rolton (Captain, Southern Stars), Cheryl Soon (Captain, the Wallaroos), Thea Slatyer (the Matildas) and Carrie Graf (Coach, The Opals).
